Before becoming a professional real estate adviser/resource for clients, Tom worked in banking, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and as the owner and operating principle of a manufacturing company. He has a 40 year history of buying, selling, renovating and renting real estate, both for his own account and with his wife and partner, Barbara Gruska.
