Nicol is very creative and truly enjoys reimagining spaces. For clients who aren’t looking for “turnkey,” she loves to help see the potential in homes that are not move-in ready. In her personal time, (in addition to watching home buying, selling and makeover shows, of course,) Nicol enjoys anything fine and performing arts related – theatre, live music and art exhibits being her favorites. Most of all, Nicol loves being a mom to her two children, cooking and entertaining/having fun with her family and friends.

After working in corporate roles for 20+ years, Nicol stepped out on faith and left a successful career at a preeminent, international broker-dealer to follow her passions – real estate being at the top of her list. In shifting from Wall Street to Main Street, Nicol brings a wide range of skills that are helpful to her clients, including communications, negotiation, project management and problem-solving. Those skills, along with her passion for helping others, her unwavering integrity and ethics and her “nothing is impossible” attitude, make her a trusted advisor to her clients.

Nicol holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. in Journalism (with a minor in Theatre Arts) from Rutgers University’s Douglass College.
